Clowning
Will you believe that I had the clown emoji at the top of this page for years, well before I ever took a clown class? Well, it’s true.
Clowning is my new creative outlet and I can’t get enough. I’m happy to tell you about it, but I will not LinkedIn-ify it!
For me, it’s about subversive joy, playfulness, connection, stupid fun, getting out of my comfort zone, being vulnerable, flopping, embarassing myself, healthy ego death, and ultimately remembering that we have one precious life to live and taking everything too seriously makes it much less enjoyable!!!!
