It Starts Earlier Than Your 50s
When women reach menopause, one of the most impactful health events of their lifetime, they’re starved for resources to understand what’s happening in their own bodies. And any affirming conversations they have about menopause happen in small circles, behind closed doors.
We worked with Rootless to bring those whispered conversations front and center, asking five women in various stages of menopause to share the things that go unsaid about this critical time in women’s lives.

I interviewed each of these women for 30-45 minutes and learned so much about menopause, the journey of aging, resilience, and building a kind relationship with your body. We laughed. I cried. It was an honor to work with them.
